Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with butter or nonstick spray.
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook the chicken until browned and fully cooked.
  • Mix the cooked chicken, cooked rice, broccoli, and cream of chicken soup in a large bowl. Add salt, pepper, and seasonings.
  • Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and golden brown on top.
  • Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
