Ingredients
  

  • - 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • - 3 cups broccoli chopped
  • - 1 ½ cups cottage cheese
  • - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • - 2 cloves garlic minced
  • - ½ cup onion diced
  • - 1 tbsp olive oil
  • - Salt and pepper to taste
  • - 1 tsp paprika
  • - Optional: breadcrumbs or herbs for topping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Steam broccoli until tender.
  • Sauté onions and garlic in olive oil.
  • Mix chicken, broccoli, cottage cheese, half the cheddar cheese, and seasonings in a bowl.
  • Transfer to a baking dish, top with remaining cheese, and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  • Uncover and bake for 10 more minutes until golden.

- Use rotisserie chicken for a time-saving option.
- Drain excess moisture from broccoli and cottage cheese to avoid sogginess.
